What Happened to Page Concepts?
In August 2007, former Page Concepts' manager David Arnold and lead developer Erin Arnold formed
DE Web Works and acquired Page Concepts. The same great people are continuing to provide the same
great service you have grown accustomed to. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a

Page Concepts had been providing professional web site design, shared and dedicated website hosting
services, web site promotion, and search engine optimization to clients all over the world since 1996.
DE Web Works has continued this and now also offers small business technical services.
We've spent years putting together our own Dream Team of website designers, web-based application
developers and engineers.
David Arnold, Owner / Developer
David has over 20 years experience designing applications and working with clients. David will consult with you
to develop a strategy that will be beneficial to your company, while staying within your budget. He will also help
you along the way when your needs change.
Once your website has been launched, David can work with you on your marketing strategies to ensure that your website is not only
attractive and functional, but also attracts the right audience. Launch day is only the beginning!
Erin Arnold, Owner / Developer
With a strong background in ASP and Database development, Erin will take your specifications and build you a
website or web-based application that will be robust, user-friendly and easy to use.
With over 10 years experience, Erin has the ability to take your concepts and turn them into a viable, functional program that
will work right from launch. Erin understands that your company will grow and your needs may change. She designs all of her systems
with this in mind so when your needs change, your website is ready to change right along with you.
Kelvin Rudd, Art Director
Kelvin will take your concept and give it life! Having worked in advertising agencies,
printing companies and now web design, Kelvin has the ability to bring synergy to your project that
will work in harmony with your outside marketing efforts.
Dan Dickson, Technical Services Administrator
Dan specializes in Internet technologies. From building web servers to securing networks, Dan is our
in-house expert that can help you set up your email, or help you build your entire network. Dan will
work with you on all of the technical aspects of your website.
John Koliba, Senior Web Specialist
John is our resident HTML specialist. John carefully takes your website from the canvas to the browser.
John also ensures that when you have changes that you need made on your website, that they are done
fast, and most important - done right!
Kaci James, Junior Web Specialist
Kaci is the newest addition to our team. She is your go to person for all changes and updates on your website
once your site is live. Kaci also provides support with your
OnManage Shopping Cart System
and content management systems.
