Computer/Network Technician
Full Time
Description
The computer technician assists our client with problems related to their PC or network. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and peripherals
- Removing viruses from computers
- Assisting others in using Windows Operating Systems and common software packages (e.g. Microsoft Word)
- Set up new computers, printers, small office/home office routers and wireless equipment
- Helping customers over the phone and through screen sharing software
- Helping customers on-site
- Other duties as they arise
Required Skills
- Experience in Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7
- Confidence in seamlessly working on multiple projects in a given day
Desired Skills
- Computer Networking
- Microsoft Server 2008
Applicants must also be able to travel to and from customer offices utilizing their own transportation.
SEM Specialist
Full Time Description
The Search Engine Marketing Specialist helps our clients obtain higher placement in search engines.
- Communicate directly with clients on progress of campaigns.
- Maintain and monitor keyword placement.
- Manage large keyword lists using excel.
- Execute strategies for keyword opportunities in accordance with client goals.
- Generate monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other search initiatives.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
